Exterior Silicone Deck Sealer: The Silico-Seal Wood & Deck Sealer is an environmentally friendly waterborne sealer designed for the protection of exterior wood surfaces. It develops a long-lasting beading effect that significantly reduces the capillary action of water. It is balanced with fungicides to reduce the effects of mold, mildew, and fungal attack. It can be applied to weathered wood as well as new construction. The silicone nature of the sealer will provide a longer lasting moisture protection as compared to other commercial sealers that rely on wax additives for a quick “water beading” look that lasts for a short period of time.
Silicone Masonry Sealer: The Silico-Seal Masonry Sealer is designed as a water repellent for a variety of construction materials such as concrete, concrete block, pavers, stucco, porous and dense brick, and clay tile. Our Silicone Masonry Sealer has excellent penetration, provides early water repellency, dries tack free, and is suitable for alkaline and neutral substrates. The Silicone Masonry Sealer is clear so it will not affect the natural appearance of the substrate.
